Justin attended the University of California San Diego in La Jolla, CA, for his undergraduate studies. A self-proclaimed nerd, the more knowledge Justin absorbed about the digital marketing world, the more fascinated he became with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

As a consultant, Justin works alongside companies to formulate lessons to improve the skills employees need for job success as well as their own self-improvement. Justin strongly believes in performance-based learning. As a result, employees, customers, and management benefit from improved skill sets, increased morale, and lower turnover. In one instance, Justin partnered with a mid-sized company to expand its internal courses. The business grew from a pre-profit start-up to revenues of $48 million in sales.
